Surgery is now scheduled for September 27th. I am happy with this date.
I will write more as I know more. Pretty tired right now. Thank you for your continued prayers.

Sounds like a good date: plenty of time to get ready ahead of time, plenty of time to recover afterward. 🙂 Let me know how I can help. I’ll happily stay with you post-surgery. Also, my schedule has opened up, so let me know if you need a ride anywhere. It would be a good excuse to see you!

Yes, it is a good date. All I have to do is stay intact until then . . . but, I will be careful and hopefully all will go well. This surgeon is fantastic. I am so grateful to have him.
Thank you so much for your offer to stay with me . . . again 🙂 I am told this one should be easier. This surgeon uses a non-narcotic type of pain reliever and he says that his patients do well with it. Also, a two day hospital stay . . . that is what I am told . . . that would be incredible . . . better than my usual 5 day stints.
It all just sounds better all around.
I would love to see you, so let’s do something soon. I am not driving very far these days, just to the local grocery store, short little trips like that. Pushing a grocery cart around is a bit of a challenge. But, it is all temporary. Anyway, the rest of my week and weekend are pretty much free (with the exception of Saturday, sadly, I have a memorial service to attend). Maybe we can meet up this week? I hear Supermex calling my name . . . or we could go for a walk, I can walk, just can’t do hand stands . . .
