Easter was a really nice day. I colored eggs for my youngest nephew’s first Easter egg hunt. It was a lot of fun. He is so full of joy . . . it is impossible to be unhappy around that little boy. Here are some pictures . . .

Wow wonderful! I’m glad you got to spend time with family. We went to Michael’s parents’ house, where his dad made yummy omelets. One of my favorite moments was getting a BIG hug from Michael’s 4-year-old nephew. It’s amazing how being with children can lift our spirits. 🙂
Hi Sandy,
It was a nice day. And yes, I agree. I am glad you had a nice Easter as well. Unfortunately, my brother Steve and his kids were not able to make it up, but, we will see them soon. My niece Julia called me though, we had a very nice conversation about her school and work . . . she is going to be 18 years old in a month! Unbelievable! She is a delightful young woman. I can’t believe she is so grown up now . . . it seems like it was just a little while ago that she was a little girl . . . now she is saving money to move out on her own, she starts college in the fall. I am proud of her. And, my nephew Matthew is doing well too, he enjoyed an Easter egg hunt in San Diego, so everyone had a good day. 🙂
Oh, and Julia has already invited me to come and visit her in her new apartment in the fall (it is already leased, she will be rooming with three other students – two women to each room, in a two bedroom apartment close to school). I look forward to sleeping on her couch . . . hmm, I wonder if she needs a couch . . . 🙂
