This is the logo on my brother Steve’s knee board. He got this board when he was 14 years old and I think he is still using it. Although, I know he is by far a surfer more than a knee boarder 🙂
I just liked the message. It is a beautiful day here in Orange County and I think it is a good time to go for a walk.
Please keep up the prayers for me and don’t be afraid to say hello on here 🙂
Much love to you all,
L.
Great pictures of you and the girls at Taco Surf and great pictures at Segerstom Hall. Sue and I were across the street from you Saturday night. We were at the Bolshoi Ballet (Don Quixote). Good to see you smiling. We think of you often. Our continued love and prayers. Patrick and Sue
Dear Patrick and Sue,
It is so nice to hear from you! I think of you both often too. Wow, you were at the Bolshoi the same night we were at the Symphony – we easily could have bumped into each other – we walked right by the building where the Bolshoi Ballet was performing. It would have been great to run into the two of you.
Thank you for the continued prayers, I really, really need them. I have surgery coming up at the end of the month and I am sick right now (maybe strep throat, don’t know, but on antibiotics and already feel improved). I keep pushing it – trying to do as much as I can, playing music when I can (unfortunately last time I was exposed to cold air and other people who were coughing – so I think I picked it up then). But, I am doing better. Can certainly kick a flu bug or whatever this is.
I hope to see you and Sue soon. I might have a gig coming up at the Bistro – have to see. But, I think it is on the same day as your party in Sunset Beach? March 27th? My surgery was supposed to be on the 22nd, but it got moved to the 29th. So I am hoping to play on the 27th with Huge Blues and with my Dad, the usual.
Much love to you both and thank you for your continued prayers!
Love,
L.
